Well, 32 is here in the blink of an eye. I usually try to find something new to focus in every year. My hope is that I can explore new things and get outside my comfort zone this year. Something I’ve learned about myself recently is that even when I believe I’ve simplified my life in pursuit of an anxiety free existence, I find myself taking on new challenges and jumping right back into something else. But the truth is, it really is in my nature to find new ideas to explore and find new challenges that can teach me more about myself. It really does give me so much joy and purpose and I hope that never changes. So…this year, maybe I’ll be able to find balance…maybe… Let’s find out.
