City of Rivers in the-SS City of EKO (lagos)_SW City of Kano-North . I have checked and a single City is not in the SE. The developers of Nigeria has no City in thier region. If you can't call Kano &Rivers that you also dominate,no man's land ththen never call Lagos no man's land
