Ombudsman: Russians hold over 3,000 Mariupol residents in ‘filtration prison.’ According to Lyudmyla Denisova, they are held in what used to be a penal colony in Olenivka village, Donetsk Oblast. Civilians are tortured with eh electric shocks before being brought to the colony.

Zelensky meets with Latvian President in Lviv. President Volodymyr Zelensky, Latvian President Egils Levits, and their First Ladies honored the memory of fallen Ukrainian soldiers at Lychakiv Cemetery on March 3, the president's office reported.

Zelensky recorded a video address outside the President’s Office building in central Kyiv – only blocks away from where some of the missiles hit.
