Today's Russian air strike on Volovets (Воловець) struck a traction substation - an element of infrastructure that feeds power from electrical grid to overhead lines (3kV in this case). It is the main rail link (orange) from Slovakia to #Ukraine. Couuld disrupt west military aid.
