Ex-Las Vegas Raiders player Henry Ruggs has pleaded guilty to driving his sports car drunk at speeds up to 156 mph on a city street before causing a crash that killed a woman and her dog. Ruggs is expected to be sentenced to 3 to 10 years in state prison.
