Pfeiffer TSN, parents, family, patients came to Washington to meet FDA about injuries, disabilities, death. FDA no courtesy to meet face to face--rather had families go on Zoom from their hotel. Shamed and disgraced FDA knows agency has done great harm and cannot face them.
