In 1990, following collapse of Soviet Union, many poor Russians arrived in #İstanbul to sell their belongings in #Sirkeci. Amongst the items for sale where some pedigree cocker spaniel puppies. One of them, born in St Petersburg, lived long & happy life & has a fine memorial.
