ينبغي ان تشمل تشريعات الحماية الاجتماعية فئات محرومة في القطاعات غير المنظمة، من عمالة أردنية، مهاجرة، ولاجئة، إضافة إلى الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. Social protection laws should cover informal economy workers, including Jordanians, migrants, refugees, andpeople with disabilities.
