Henry Ruggs III will face 3-10 years in prison after a judge accepted his plea deal from earlier this month. Pleading guilty to a DUI resulting in death and a misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, Ruggs’ remaining charges will be dropped. His sentencing is set for August 9.
