Yesterday, I got the chance to chill by the beach as an adult person without my kids.. As much as I enjoy spending every minute with them, I reached a point where I needed to be alone for a couple of hours.It's hard to live with 'mom guilt', so tthis is just a reminder that we need to take care of ourselves so we can be happy mums with happy kids!
