Depends on the product I guess. Halo Top may have a lot compared to others. These pancakes for example only have 1 gram of erythritol

Something to consider, the study referenced here used 30g of erythritol. I’m not too familiar with how much is used in products but likely a lot less than that. I just looked up Halo Top ice cream and it’s got about 8g per serving.
