Properly inspired by my recent binge watch of @BritishBakeOff, I found my KitchenAid in the depth of my basement and decided to do a spontaneous holiday bake: choux buns with lemon curd and sugared blueberries! I don't consider myself a baker, so I''m really proud of these.
