An unsung hero of that Argentina midfield has been Alexis Mac Allister. He was Argentina's best player in the first half vs. Mexixo, scored vs. Poland, really pushed forward and did everything well vs. Australia and put in tackles and passes vs. Nethherlands. Underappreciated.
