My #cheesemaking continues. Tried making mozzarella again, but ended up with #DanishWhite. (Or #NigerianWhite?? Powdered milk isn't easy to work with.) Anyway, added salt to it, and it makes for a great spread. — #cheese #جبنة #ちーず #チーズ #Lagos
