Yes but No. They destroyed 101 hospitals and much more pharmacies. They deliberately causing humanitarian catastrophe to force government to surrender. They bomb infrastructure DELIBERATELY. 

Should UA be scared? Because what? 

and what will they achieve in 10 years? Deport all ukrainians to China border and resettle ryssians into wrecked UA? Or will rebuild wrecked UA keeping wrecking RU (natural stare of them though)? 

By the way, Yuri Bezmenov, soviet era KGB propagandist, says that NAME United Nations was invented by soviets as semantic subversion: it neither unated nor equal nations in UN. 

Unated Nations should be renamed to remove wrong expectations from the old name.
